Research in HCI

Human-Computer Interaction is the science of processes, dialogue and actions used by a user to interact with a computer, within a specific environment. The focus is often the user interface. Processes of in- and output need to be adapted to the human ways of thinking.

The main focus of our research projects as well as our projects in practise has been the user experience and the examination of business websites for many years. In the last few years additional areas of interest, such as mobile websites, apps, e-learning tools as well as video games have emerged.
