Measuring the User Experience

Das Erfassen und Messen des subjektiven Erlebens ist eine der Hauptaufgaben der Psychologie. Wir wenden modernste psychometrische Methoden an, um objektiv, reliabel und valide verschiedene psychologische Phänomene im Kontext von digitalen Technologien zu erfassen. Dazu untersuchen wir bestehende Fragebögen wie den System Usability Scale, den NASA Task Load Index, oder den Game Experience Questionnaire (Brühlmann & Schmid, 2015) oder entwickeln neue Fragebögen wie den User Motivation Inventory (Brühlmann et al., 2018), den User Interface Language Quality Survey (Bargas-Avila & Brühlmann, 2016), oder den Intranet Satisfaction Questionnaire (Bargas-Avila et al., 2009).
